Good afternoon X-wing players!
It’s been far too long since the last time we posted and as a community we apologize for not better serving you the players 🙂
Despite our absence on Facebook and the website, there’s been all kinds of fun things going on in our area and we hope we can see you at them all! This week alone we have a continuation of our DSM Cup tournament, with the second round of escalation continuing at the 90 point level.
We also have a whole bunch of local players heading out to Adepticon in Chicago for the HOTH System Open Series. We’ll be sure to provide updates both here and on twitter as the Des Moines crew tears it up out in Chicago.
Of course, it all starts at home and tonight we’ll be running our usual Monday night game’s down at Mayhem Comics starting at 6pm (or earlier if you want!). Come on down for the usual flights, fights, and good banter.
We’d also like to note a few upcoming events like our monthly tournament down at Jay’s CD & Hobby this coming Sunday 4/2, as well as the biggest event for the Spring the MuseOnCon put on by the local Muse On Minis crew Memorial Weekend. We’ll be running not one, not two, not even three, but four separate X-wing events that weekend, including our annual Fel’s Free-for-All tournament.
We’ll have more details as we get closer to the event but look forward to all of your favorites like escalation and team epic 🙂
